Strategic Workgroups

Aging Well strategic workgroups are formed to address specific objectives listed in the strategic plan. Workgroup projects impact all of the greater Lyons Township area.

Workgroups are composed of older adults and representatives from community organizations.  Participation in a workgroup provides an opportunity to help develop and plan a program in the community.  Workgroups coordinate with the Aging Well Community Action Teams and other Aging Well partners to implement projects. 

All workgroups are open to the public.  We encourage participation and feedback from all members of the community.
